    I would think anything by Nirvana or Interpol would be good...You should also check out The Go! Team...i think they were formed just so people could exercise! lol

    I like the nike 10k mix (on iTunes). Lady Gaga is pretty good to run to as well.

    Sad loser that I am, I have just discovered I can get radio on my iPod, and now run to radio 4 (in the UK). Usually to You and Yours or the Now Show. I can't believe I just admitted that.
