I either bake it or put it in one of the steamer bags by glad or ziploc. I'll add either a marinade of some sort (Lowry's lemon pepper is good or sundried tomato viniagrette) or salsa (mango pineapple - YUM!). Either way is quite yummy. I LOVE tilapia.
