It sounds great just keep doing what your doing. I think it all balances itself out. You may not always have those big losses so relish them when they happen. Keep up the GREAT work.

I would take my german shepherd with me but she doesn't play well with others. She learned to climb my fence and she bites other dogs. I now can't let her out without supervision in fear of her biting another dog. She is not aggressive at all and doesn't care about the humans. I talked to several people and most say they…

I wouldn't care who looks like what in the relationship. If he is a good guy treats you well and respects you. Go for it! Better be in a good relationship than a bad one. Who cares about the rest.

Welcome you can add me as a friend. Always looking for encouragement. The site is great and I have lost 17 lbs in 2 months. Cheers to you and your weight loss journey.

Me too today I was a crazy person starving! I haven't been this hungry since I started in end of July and I haven't changed exercise. I did try to eat a huge breakfast today but I feel like I was out of control the rest of the day and blew all my values for today. I was over in all of them which is rarely the case. I don't…

It just means if you log the exercise under the exercise tab it will tell you how many calories you burned so you can use them as extra calories if you want to eat something else.

Always have exercised at night, not a morning person at all! But I have read several articles that state it is better for you to exercise as late as possible.
