I am 5'2". Started my weight loss at 158 lbs and I am currently 126 lbs. Aiming to lose another 10-15.

It has taken me 12 months to lose 35 pounds. You need to know that any progress is still progress. The best gain you will receive by eating healthy and working out, is knowing that you are making positive changes in your life. You need patience and determination, the rest will happen on it's own.

I have one of mine. Love it. For me, it was the most painfull, and took the longest to heal. But I love it!

When you drink, you're enabling your liver from functioning properly.. You will not flush out normally. The liver is a very important organ! Don't drink too much and be safe! Have a great weekend!

An Isolate Protein is GREAT! Very low calories at a lot of protein. I drink ISOFLEX. an isolate whey protein. I have the chocolate kind. I don't mind the taste and you only need one scoop, the drink is less than a cup so it doesnt take long to drink.
