You are right, I have been more tired since I've been cutting calories and exercising instead of feeling better. I thought that as long as I stayed at least near 1200 calories I wouldn't slow my metabolism down. Thanks for taking time to answer my question!

Try eating something off of the appetizer portion of the menu. That way you don't get the rice and beans on the side. I went out for Mexican last night and had mini chimis. I had them leave off the sour cream and quacamole. I used salsa instead. The appetizer came with 6, but I could only eat 3. That was 440 calories. It…

Have you tried the Waldon Farms Salad Dressings? They are better than anything else I've tasted. They are fat free and sugar free, so good for diabetics. 0 Calories. They also have a Raspberry Viniagrete that is wonderful.
