Did the color vibe in Akron this year. Tons and tons and tons of people. It was fun but the color really doesn't stick. There was so many people my husband and I ended up walking it. The walkers were getting mad at the runners for running. Eh, go figure.

Look at my food diary. I so don't eat clean. My husband and I eat out EVERY night. I have lost 23 pounds plus. I started losing weight 3 yrs ago when I was at my heaviest (200 pounds) and I am now about 10 pounds shy of my goal. Everything in moderation. I would try to get in a lil bit of exercise. I have the same problem with an office job. I bought the fitbit ultra and I try very hard to get in over 10,000 steps daily. That's on top of my regular workout. I am on 1370 calories a day. If you need any help please feel free to add. Good luck

I run everyday except for normally on Mondays. That is usually my off day. My runs go for about 40 minutes

I have the fitbit and I love it. I also have the Garmin Forerunner 10 (no heartrate moniter) but its pretty awesome and user friendly

Good luck. You got this! You own that cholesterol! I was on meds to and when I lost my weight I was taken off of it. Just on meds for thyroid now (when I remember to take it).

I drink a cappuccino every morning Monday thru Friday (need to get thru workday somehow). I can survive w/o coffee only when im on vacation.

I don't eat before I run in the morning. I like running in the heat and humidity (just for the sweat factor) but morning runs are way better. Might have a glass of chocolate milk first

It works. Ive lost over 20 pounds using it. I love it. Holds me accountable for what I eat and do. As well as my friends on here keep me in chk. It def works

Sorry, don't drink anymore, Not allowed. But when I did quit drinking I did lose weight. I used to have a few everyday.

6/10 run = 3.56 miles walk = 2 miles 6/11 run - 2 miles walk - 2 mile run - 1 mile 6/12 walk - 2.81 miles 6/13 run - 3.56 miles walk - 2 miles Total: 47.13 miles woohoo!!! Me gonna get over 50 miles!! YES!! This total is for the entire month so far.

I don't like or believing in taking rest days. But I do listen to my body somewhat. Today my body is saying "Do not run". At this point, I am listening. I may get a walk in later. I will do my squats etc. I tend to ignore what my body tells me at times, but today its saying no running. I will push it harder tomorrow tho if…
