I started whole30 on 1/5! love it so far, felt yucky first few days while detoxing. I use to eat gluten free, but wantto go paleo at the end of this 30. Add me if you like and also there are some good groups on FB, Im part of whole30 newbies group.

Just eat some Chobani greek yogurt, hood cottage cheese no salt added, some chicken breasts no skin or bone and some hard boiled organic eggs and there is more then enough protein for a day lol

If you do it healthy probably 3 months, the only issue is after you lose that the holidays come so you have to be strong during that time to not eat all that good food :)
