  • If you like pumpkin pie, try this: 1/2 cup cottage cheese 1/4 pumpkin 1/2 serving vanilla protein powder 1 tablespoon splenda generous seasoning of cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice (I use 4-5 big shakes of each) Stir it all together.
