I LOVE LOVE LOVE spinning and think it's one of the best workouts ever! You get out of it what you put into it and shouldn't worry about bulking up...just toning and losing a bunch of fat! It's so high energy and the time flies by! Such a great workout especially if your days are stressful...kind of lets everything slip…

I am also a huge fan of biking...either outside or indoors. If you have access to a gym that offers spinning classes I would highly recommend it! Very upbeat and fast paced, but a great break for your joints! Best of luck!
