So true...One egg yolk has about 215 mg of cholesterol. I think that Chobani is one of the best greek yogurts out there, especially because the fruit on the bottom is so fresh! However, Fage plain greek yogurt is also really great. I have this same issue! I have found that sometimes, if I just make the kitchen off limits, the temptation is easier to handle. I know that I won't eat if I restrict myself from the kitchen after 8pm. Or, when I am done eating dinner or an after-dinner snack, I brush my teeth right away...It kind of tricks me into thinking…

I work in healthcare...haha just one of the things they make us learn...I'm glad I am actually putting it to use though! We never actually use this on patients!
