I had ready bad mono when i was 21 the Epstein Barr virus has been linked w/ fibro. I had a cyst removed @ 24 and it started from there. Both of my sisters have it too

@Gavians, i ment Not giving up. Im not giving up. Im happy to see groups like this. I think for alot of us you can feel alone and not understood. One of my PT gave me these huge bands and they help with you can't get out and about. Its a good warm up but dont over do it lol i know that now..... :)

Ive been doing 1200 cals for about 5 months, i lose 1-2 1/2 lbs a week. I have issues with my hip and heel so doing lots of walking is just not in the cards for me. Im gona tell you the same thing alot of others have its what you eat that matters most. Lots of water and less bad carbs. Good luck :)
