Lots of great advice! Just thought I would add a tip I use- filling up on low calorie, high fiber foods before I go have the meal out. If you want to go out and have wings then do it! But don't do it on an empty stomach! Salad or veggies, fruit, juice, even a small baked potato are low calorie options to take the edge off.…

Haven't done it but interested in hearing your experiences! I have looked into it before but never started. I had a client when I worked at Jenny Craig that did it and she loved it and was able to lose weight when she stuck to it (she took a lot of fun trips and would not have the 2 fast days). Anyway good luck!!

My two small dogs are the only reason I can be consistent with walking. One has a dislocated hip and arthritis so 3 30 minute walks a day for him and the other one does that plus a 30 minute run alongside me on a bike! Would like to run with her some day!
