I eat the Dannon diabetic friendly. Little carbs, sugar, or fat. Plus I love the taste. It comes in vanilla and strawberry.

I'm not new either. I had a baby and although I did lose all my weight, I had stopped doing mfp. I am back now and would love to help with motivation!

I would say morning if you have kids. A lot of times we get tired in the evenings and will put it off. I am bad about that sometimes. Do it in the morning and get it over with, feel great, and have a positive attitude to start your day! :) Good luck!

I do log my weight, so I can keep up with what I have gained. My normal calorie intake is 1200 calories, and my doctor says take in 300 more calories a day than I normally would throughout my whole pregnancy. He said I don't need to eat any more than usual 1500 calories, no matter how far along I am as long as I am eating…

I am worried about the same thing! I had lost 26 lbs. Gained 10 back because I needed to, I was small for my height. You can add me if you like. I am 19 wks. 2 days :) I am trying not to put on to much either. So, I understand. So far I have gained 12 pounds. My goal is only 25 for the whole pregnancy, but don't think that is likely to happen given I'm already at 12 pounds and only 5 months (almost). lol
