  • I weigh everything apart from fruit and veg I just guess those unless I'm having potatoe.....Not sure why! I think I am going to start to weight my fruit and veg now too and see if it makes a difference!
  • Mine are salter digital ones and you can programme them with your sex, age, height and fitness level so they do your body fat % and water %. I find them pretty accurate. I would never get anything other than digital now!
  • Fresh brewed coffee with skimmed milk if I'm at home. At work I just use instant and have it black. it saves on calories I also drink about 4-5 cups of grean or peppermint tea through the day too.
  • Yes always!!! I normally run about 2-3 days ahead of myself. I need to plan in advance what I am going to eat to stay on track. If things change throught the day and I eat something different I will change it though to reflect what I have had.
