I do dumbbells! Isn't that enough?

My routine includes push ups, sit ups, dumbbells and skipping. I am not targeting a lean body but want to get rid of fat (convert it into muscle weight). Additionally i try to go for a walk with my dog and play 2-3 games of badminton.
