There is a phone app called Nike Training Club. I just downloaded it today, but it looks like workouts you can do it at home! I'm excited to get started!

I struggled over the weekend! Hoping to get myself in gear this week! Things are hectic during the week, but I tend to do better when I am not just sitting at home.

That's amazing!! My son will be 3 in March and I still haven't lost all of the baby weight. I'm hoping to get back on track though!

I'm going to try menu planning again. It worked well when I did it last year, but I have all the excuses imaginable as to why I quit.

I too struggle with my food choices. I tend to go for quick and easy on school nights: chicken nuggets, mac-n-cheese, frozen pizza. I am really hoping to use my crock pot more so that we can eat healthier.

I'm a school counselor and have 2 children. My daughter is 5 and my son is 2. I ran after school 3 days a week before I had my son, but can't seem to get back on track. My principal lets me run during our teachers' planning period if we don't have a meeting, but right now it is so cold!! After school is always a rush! Pick…

I was supposed to get up early and lift before work, but the rain made my bed too comfortable. I'll have to do it after work today. I will try to get us a group together that is invite only. Anyone have a good name for a group? And if you want to participate, just let me know. We can do weekly weigh ins and challenges and…

I just finished my 3rd run of the week. I'm with you....in order to stay on track I need to log everything. I know it works, I've done it before, but this time it's so hard!!!

I tend to "restart" things as well. I've just restarted running and weight lifting. I had my 2nd child a little over 2 years ago and it was taken me this long to try to get myself back on track. Before finding out I was pregnant with him I had lost 25 pounds and looked great. Still had some toning to do, but was ultimately…

I'm 5'4" and 147. I would like to lose 20-25 pounds. I too struggle with motivation. I've done better with exercise in the last month, but can't seem to get my eating under control!! I would love some motivation and support!! Anyone interested in starting a group with daily/weekly challenges and goals? I tend to do better…

I am planning to continue with my current exercise routine, with the exception of swapping my walking for running on days when my husband gets home in time to get the kids. My new plan is to log all of my food! I haven't been logging much, so that should help the scale! :blushing: I'm also trying to eat more protein. I…

Hi everyone! I'm Brandy. I'm 5'4" and am at 148. I have a 5 year old daughter and a 2 year old son. I lost about 25 pounds and got to my lowest weight since high school (132) before finding out I was pregnant with my 2 year old. I have been really struggling to get back on the wagon. My goal is 125, but would really be…

If you get there, you should most def rock a bikini!!! Everyone deserves to wear one at least once :)

I've done 30DS before although I've never completed the entire thing. It does get easier. I remember my first time trying it. I think I stopped about 15 times! I also noticed that the first circuit was more difficult for me than the other 2 in the first stage. I kept telling myself that I only had 6 mins and then it would…

Lunges kill my knees too! I have noticed that walking lunges really do make them more bearable!!!

I have a question too...I did 1A yesterday and REALLY struggled with the step-ups. I couldn't do them properly....my step was too high for me so I did them without weight. Should I use a lower step and use weights or stick to the higher step without weight until I master the height?

Hi everyone, I'm Brandy! I joined MFP a long time ago, but just took a year long break when I found out I was pregnant. I have a 3 year old daughter and an week old son. The day I found out I was pregnant with my son was the day that I FINALLY got back down to a happy number on the scale (132). It took me 2 years to lose…

Not nursing anymore because my supply was too low (now I know why!). Thanks! Since I am no longer ursing, should I increase at once or do it gradually?

I am nervous about this, but am going to give it a shot! Should I just up my cals by a few hundred for now or should I go all out?? I had a baby 6 weeks ago and had no limit on cals while I was pregnant, but then cut back to 1200. Haven't lost any since counting cals again.

I did not eat Wendy's for supper like the rest of my family...and I didn't even want it while they were eating it!
