I had the same difficulties too trying to find personal trainer info... but, as "hooma" said, circuit training is the best way to classify.

I could not agree more... this site is certainly more than collecting friends... when I request friends, I try and get people who are active on the site & who are postively commenting and encouraging one another; and before I accept, too, prefer a comment stating why they want to "friend" me.

May I add on and ask... What is a good protein shake that tastes pretty good? I've tried Shakeology Chocolate & thought I'd throw up... Slim Fast isn't even good to me...
