when I was buying this I tried on some very thin material exercise pants. man, that didn't work! you could see every slightest 'pad' on my hips, but and thighs. I'll consider I achieved my goal when I can wear those :).

thanks :flowerforyou: as for looking great, that's just the angle and the black pants lol. I'm very unhappy with the bikini pictures of my lower body - that's where all of these 29.5% body fat is sitting at the moment!

de facto  (not getting married)

well, I didn't ask you  this "getting rid of toxins" is right next to "kickstarting your metabolism (by eating breakfast)" - so many people throw these phrases around while I keep asking for a physiological explanation and nobody seems willing to offer one. (there must be some kind of allergy to critical thinking)
-
short of genetic engineering I can only think of exercise and muscle gain. :)

I asked my trainer today about how I could modify it and he showed me a very good modification. I'm not very good at explaining these things, but basically you prompt your feet up against the wall ( 90 degrees angle at knees), sit on the 'edge' of the swiss ball (so your but feels like it's gonna slip down any second) and…

which toxins and how does your body get rid of them?
-
2B workout today and I can deadlift 25kg (woohoo!) with almost no struggle, so upping it next time. And apparently I have a 'perfect form', according to my trainer  my biggest weakness is shoulder press, but I expected it - my lower body has always been way stronger than my upper body. I can only do 3kg each hand…

me too starting at week 3. 82 sit ups at the initial test yesterday. Starting tomorrow! :drinker:
-
precisely!!! and then you end up being a 'heartless b!tch" coz you stopped loving the "nice guy" and broke up with him ("but how could you!? he would do everything for you!" - no, he would do everything to keep me by his side, because it reinforces his self-esteem).
-
sure, them too :). I just mentioned cultures I have close experience with.
-
so, according to you, all Orthodox Christians, together with Muslims, should by now have eating disorders? :)
-
I'm in, starting 1st of May. I just did a test and can do 82 (and maybe few more, didn't really go to complete exhaustion and I did it on full stomach  )

bread. otherwise I feel like I didn't eat at all.
-
Just finished week 1 and wondering if the pain in my quads and glutes ever goes away... lol
-
actually, the only study I've seen that measures this says the opposite: meal frequency does not influence fat loss. I'd be happy to read these 'several studies' if someone cites them.

done and done

no, it doesn't. no, it won't. yes, it does - you'll have to invest a decent effort in putting your body into starvation mode (and you definitely will succeed, but after a prolonged time period).
-
oh, I LOVE to eat...big meals  .
-
This made my day: haven't tasted them for 6 years. Blisssss.....
-
seems that on these boards if you don't eat the way I eat then you are certainly starving yourself lol
-
speak for yourself  I'm coming from a culture where some form of IF has been practised for centuries for religious purposes. that's why I don't see it as something extreme at all.
-
you don't need to pay for anything to be 'into' IF - as I said, for some ppl it is just a natural eating rhythm. edit - you seem to confront IF to 'moderation'. why do you see IF as something extreme?
-
I'm just judging from knowing the usual Eastern-European girl's body build - she simply looks like a very, very skinny one, with a boob job.
-
what if it's not impractical at all (the 16/8 eating pattern or similar) and you are not counting minutes and binging, but it's actually your natural eating rhythm (as it has always been for me before I moved to the culture with totally different eating timing and gained 6kg and 8cm on my waist :/)? And I can also back the…
-
actually, no, that's not how science works. if you make a claim it is on you to provide evidence (and yeah, many ppl here will only take peer reviewed studies as a relevant evidence), there is no need for anyone else to 'attack' your point or prove that it's wrong before you can actually prove that it's right. all you need…

lol my partner expressed his regrets few times but he knows I LOVE short hair on me (I do cycle a lot with hair length but never had longer than my shoulders). and it's so easier to take care of!

Never :D

am I the only one who's gonna give her a benefit of the doubt when it comes to "so much surgery" and think that it is not impossible that she is actually telling the truth when she says it's only her boobs? :) I'm not defending her, I seriously think the girl has some narcissistic personality disorder, just saying that her…
