Awesome job! Yup look absolutely wonderful!

Completely agree. Has to be a lifestyle change, not something that will react like a crash diet then you just gain it all back again.

Feel free to add me! My diary is open and I'm always trying to new things for food. Currently, I just upped my calorie intake bit a little bit to "confuse" my body.

SW:192 GW: 142 CW:147 It look me about 2 years to lose and have been maintaining (as u can see it has been fluctuating, only about 2-5 lbs) for about a year. If u need more motivation, feel free to add me.

Yes, this gum is always a go to for me too! Currently, I have the lemon square. And if u r craving some chocolate, the mint chocolate chip ice cream gum is good too.

I understand how u feel, I have been in the same boat for a while. What I did was in my goals, is change it to maintain, but left a goal weight in there, but not going to let the number bother me. So, I have been doing a lot of circuit training to help tone.

Yay! Good for you! That's great!

You can do this! I will send you a friend request, I like to keep my MFP friends positive and know they can accomplish their goal. Good luck!

I can understand that, it took me awhile down my weight loss journey for almonds or a tablespoon of peanut butter to satisfy me too.

Just had the blueberry one for a snack today after lunch and kept me full or for a long time until dinner. Always a good choice.

Try yogurt, some almonds, tablespoon of peanut butter, apples. If anything, think some crunchy fruits or veggies. The more you chew on foods like this, the more your body is telling your mind that you are getting full and satisfied. Good luck!

Great job! You look wonderful!

I say you're good with diet soda, in moderation of course. It took me 2 years to get off all the weight that I wanted and I drank diet soda through all that time. Again, in moderation, but you don't have to take it out completely. That's my opinion. Good luck!

Well said! Everyone is always going to have separate opinions. Never going to make everyone happy.

What everyone said above. The calories you are at now as a goal is much lower than the calories you were eating before you started focusing on your weight loss. Eat what it has you at now. Also, set up mini weight goals for your self. Maybe start out at losing 20 pounds, then from there, make another 20 pound goal and…

Yes, absolutely love my cereal! I either eat a regular bowl of cheerios or any other flavor of cheerios(I like multi-grain the most). Or I also like eating bran flakes with frozen blueberries. YUM!

My goal weight is 145, because based on my BMI that is a healthy weight. I have 5 pounds to go! Also, once I get to 145, I plan to maintain it, because I have so much muscle that I am never going to be 115-120. I am happy with it :)

One thing to remember is you need to have a cheat day as well to "confuse" your body, otherwise if you do the same thing all the time, your body is getting too used to it. Change up your exercises, walk days or do a lot of circuit training and be sure to rest from exercise at least 1 day. You can do it.
