  • I am starting the situp challenge today. I also noticed they had one for pushups and squats as well..I will definitely be doing those too!!! Time to get fit!!!
  • Oh, I am SO jumping in on this...wish I had noticed it yesterday! I noticed they have a pushup and a pullup and a squat challenge too...I printed them all off!
  • Happy Monday all! I did the following toward the challenge last week: Monday = 45 min walk on treadmill at 3.5 Tuesday = 45 min walk on treadmill at 3.5 Wed. = Church night, walked 20 min. Thursday = 45 min walk on treadmill at 3.5 Friday = No walking, date with hubby! so, on my 45 min drive home, did some upperbody stuff…
  • This is amazing! I only got to page three on the thread, but figured I'd better go ahead and post. COUNT ME IN!! Starting weight....179.5 (yikes!) CW....170 Over all goal....125 First mini goal...150 by June 1st!
  • I love the "Mr. Scale and I are not talking" it cracked me up! We aren't talking either. Mother nature has me angry with the scale!:angry: I have lost 9 lbs in the past 3 weeks prior to joining MFP...so that excites me! :happy:

  • You are definitely an inspiration! I have at least 50 to loose. Would like to loose 65. And I was feeling like its going to be near impossible lately, but NOT NOW!!! I am so glad I found this place!
