Same here. Even though I'm on FB and I'm not hating on it, it's simply too boring,,, and to waste my time on it's apps or whatever also doesn't seem appealing. Visiting it once or twice a day, having mpf as a pinned tab :> And I'm also looking for more friends, so feel free to add~ :)

If you eat those 1200 kcals without subtracting the cals you burn then you eat too few calories. Actually your BMR probably suggests for the intake to be more than the needed netto 1200. So yeah, honestly, I' m quite sure you should be consuming a bit more cals. :)

Yeah, I agree, there really isn't any super effective way to target some specific zones. I think you should just do the old good cardio training (try running, jogging, ellyptical, maybe? something of the kind), probably a bit more, and in the form of training, than you are doing now, because from my experience only a…
