Hi, I'm 23 and graduating some time in June. For starters I'd like to lose ~25lbs and from there on I'll see how it goes. Always cooking at home and with studies and a job it's not always the easiest, but I manage.. I'm sooo ready to get rid of those extra pounds!!

183ish cm/6ft Right now I'm around 82kg/180lbs but I used to be well over 200 back in the day. I aim for anywhere from 160 to 145 depending on when I will get rid of the excess fat from the places I want to the most. Feel free to add me, I'm quite friendly! :)

I am as well. Though I don't find it that hard to follow it, as I exercise part of them back. I think I on average eat around 1600, which is more than enough to prepare healthy, nutritious AND diverse meals, plus have a snack, as I burn those 400 off. Also, for me, filling on fruit works, I'm in UK as well atm and canary…
