The only way I know to beat the mental "negatives" is with physical "positives". Make yourself do 5 minutes ... Walking, dancing, stretching, squats, pushups, etc. Just 5 minutes. Then, if it feels good, keep going! You have it in you. What you've done so far is amazing!
