Simply NOT giving up my coffee. I usually have 1 or 2 travel mugs a day, no creamers and occasionally 1tblsp raw sugar and that's it. Don't touch my coffee and nobody gets hurt. After that its water the rest of the day.

I love the ground flavored coffees also. My top 3 favorite are: Vanilla Nut Cream Pecan Pie & Creamy Caramel I also have a lot of other flavors on hand. I always make a different flavor when company comes over. They are great conversation starters. My sister built me a small coffee stand for my canisters and coffee pots.…

My goal by then is 20lbs down. I think that's a stretch. I plan to move as much as possible while at work. ACTUALLY START WORKING OUT!! In tears I am struggling to get started with that part. Cut more sugar and salt out of my daily meals.
