Monday check-in: 60 minutes cardio, under fat (yay), vertical crunches done. I'm glad Tuesday is "water day" I plan on doing some major cleaning around the house. @Bobbie - I have tried everything thi get that logo to show in my signature. When I put the img in lowers case it only shows the box that says its been deleted or moved. Its the B-Lose-Ing It logo. Wednesday check in: Under calories! That truly is a big deal for me on my off day. 125 minutes of exercise, 50 dumbbell rows. Wednesday so far are my best days for working out, that may change in October. Tomorrow is my birthday Aug 25 but I'm not celebrating till Saturday, (maybe.) Have a great Thursday.
