Just did Day 1 of Level 2. I'm spent!

I'm using 3lbs because I already had them & didn't want to go out & buy new weights. I thought they might be too light but I got a great workout with them today & my arms are sore.

I'm In! I just completed Day 1 Level 1. I'm hoping to loose 20 lbs! I'm already down to my pre-pregnancy weight from having my baby in May. Now I have my 1st 2 years of marriage weight to loose. :) Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter

I just did my Day 1, Level 1 of the 30 Day Shred. I'm still cooling down! This is my first real attempt at working out since having my 1st baby in May. I'll do my best to stick with it through August!
