I went to the gym yesterday and did a walk/run on the treadmill for about 20 minutes. After the workout, I realized that this was the first time my ankles didn’t ache when I ran! I felt so normal working out!

This was me! There was always tomorrow. I finally woke up one day and just started back counting my calories and slowly adding in some light exercise.

My recent NSV was going for a 8.5 mile hike with my dog and not wanting to die afterwards! It was a pretty awesome feeling to know that I could do that when before I would just sit and watch tv.

My mom lost weight using Phentermine. I tried to take it to help with my appetite but it made me feel really sick and I couldn't sleep. I stopped taking it and just count calories and walk a little extra each day. Quote

I'm on day three of Beta round and I absolutely love it! I haven't seen a lot of weight loss but I am noticing that I can do the exercises easier.

You look great! Congratulations on the weight loss! I just wanted to chime in about T25. I just finished alpha and am starting beta. I do the modified version and burn a good number of calories anywhere between 200-310 .
