  • Eat grass fed!! It is higher in Omega 3 than conventional steak, so good for you!!
  • How about almond flour pancakes: 1c almond flour 2 eggs 1/4 c water 1 tbsp honey 1 tsp vanilla extract pinch of ground cinnamon coconut oil, butter or ghee for cooking pinch of salt or smoothies :-)
  • Yoga, Yoga, Yoga! It's great for flexibility. On iTunes you can download free podcasts that are great. The ones that I really enjoy are called Yogamazing. Check it out!
  • I love Subways sweet onion chicken terriyaki on wheat. Don't put cheese on it, just load up on the veges you like. The sweet onion sauce they put on it is delish and makes it taste like it's bad for you. In reality it's only about 281 calories. Enjoy!
