Eat grass fed!! It is higher in Omega 3 than conventional steak, so good for you!!

How about almond flour pancakes: 1c almond flour 2 eggs 1/4 c water 1 tbsp honey 1 tsp vanilla extract pinch of ground cinnamon coconut oil, butter or ghee for cooking pinch of salt or smoothies :-)
