It could be BDD...I mean, I'm not sure if it really is getting bigger or it's just me being paranoid or whatever. My face doesn't look big in photos because I take like 100 photos until I get one that looks good.Photos can be very deceiving.

I've noticed that the size of my belly gets bigger and smaller throughout the day,no matter how much I eat,so I wouldn't really worry about it.You're probably just bloated.It'll go away after just few days of being careful about what you eat.

You can definitely lose without weights,I did it last year and even my arms shrank. I'm doing the 30 day shred again(I've gained quite a lot since last year) and now I'm using water bottles,just to add a bit more pressure,because my arms are just huge.
