Thank you guys! I know I can squeeze sweets here and there, although we don't really have the sugar free stuff in my country, it's just that it's really hard for me mentally to not binge. Are you seriously saying that bananas or oranges for example are not healthier than say oreos or kitkats? Cause in my mind it's not all the same.

Yes it's sugar, but it's just fructose, there's no hidden white sugar or corn syrup or whatever. What I meant is why go for industrial stuff, why not just go for the natural, meaning fruits, veggies, nuts and such. We don't need crap like chips or sweets.

I'm nowhere near my goal weight, and I've been doing this for 20 days only, but I've noticed how I don't have to spend much money on the healthy food ( as I used to) because I don't really need to eat that much and I just go and buy what I really need. And the food that used to last one day now can last 4-5 days.

There is a difference of course. But what probably makes you uncertain is that you're smiling in the pictures and when we smile, our faces expand, so they look wider. Oh, and look at your eyes, now there's a clear difference, your eyes look so much bigger in the second picture, which means you've lost weight.

I had another food dream last night, I think it just shows how worried I am about failing at this. I hope I'll stop stressing out so much with time, as the faith in myself grows. Thanks everybody!

I've actually been to a psychologist and it didn't help, but I think I've been getting better on my own now. I'm still scared of getting back to that, though.

I'm trying to eat less than 1300 calories. I have the binge urges because I used to use food as comfort for feeling depressed and then it turned into a habit and habits are not easy to break. Now I'm trying to convince myself that food isn't gonna help, but sometimes the urge is stronger than my will.

Lol, I don't think it's something you need do see a psychiatrist for. I think it's pretty normal to dream about thing that are bothering you. I was just asking for advice on how to control the binge urges.

That's really inspiring! And it makes me a little bit embarrassed because I'm nearly 20 and I weigh 170 pounds and that's not even my highest weight.I used to weigh 195 lbs.
