I do it all based on how I feel. Make sure you listen to your body......if your extremely tired/sore when you usually wouldnt be its never a bad idea to take a day off. Thats too bad they dont have it yet for the storm. I know I hear ya on the counting, its so easy. Ive also noticed I'm getting better at math by doing smaller portions and having to calculate everything, sounds crazy I know but its true lol Good luck!

I would definitely say this could be a reason that you are plateauing. If I were you, I would without question up the cals a bit and then continue to weigh in and see what type of changes you see on the scale as well as visually how you look and feel. The good part is that upping the calories only 300 is not a HUGE amount…

I couldnt agree more with some of the things people have posted on here before. Its nearly impossible to accurately calculate the exact amount of calories you burned during the class.
