I'm 5'4 got up to 204 while pregnant, currently 169. Ultimate goal is 135-140. When I got married I tried really hard to get in the 120's and just couldn't do it. So I'm aiming for the 130's.

I just had my 2nd csection 8 weeks ago. I'm trying to figure out how to get my strength back, loose weight, breast feed and care for a newborn all at the same time. Breast feeding doesn't seem to be helping me loose weight. Anyway I just wanted to let you know that you are not alone, friend me if you'll like.

Hi I'm new to MFP. I'm a mom of a 4yo and a 7week old. Trying to loose weight without compromising my babys milk. I'm trying to EBF for 6mths. I found it by searching "breast feeding" under the snacks section. But I prefer to add it to my cardio. I added it myself as "breast feeding" and gave it 500 calories.
