I would like friends also who are struggling with this condition as I am too. I'm very discouraged at this point and just want to be able to lose some weight like normal people do. Am I going to be heavy the rest of my life? :sad:

The same thing is happening to me. I'm older than you with a hypo-thyroid, exercising, wearing a fitbit, staying somewhat under calories and my scale has inched up. I'm just trying to plug along and hope that eventually everything kicks in.

I've switched also. I quit WW last year and then earnestly started counting calories about 3 weeks ago. My tracker doesn't show a loss yet as I was on another site but have lost about 6 lbs so far. Atlanta was 105-106 degrees last weekend. All time high. We've broken many records these past few days. Yesterday was 100 again. I only saw 98 degrees today and a cool down is coming.

Many programs allow a "splurge" day. The key is to get back on the program and don't beat yourself up. I splurged yesterday also but did do a small amount of exercise but not enough for the splurge. At it again today....tomorrow is gone and today is here....
