  • I always go for the Michelinas Lean Gourment, Smart Ones and some of the Hormel microwave entrees. Some are a tad high in sodium but I never have a problem with going over for on my daily intake.
  • I eat yogurt for lunch and a Lean Gourmet type lunch, trying to keep the total calories between the two between 300-400. I treat myself to a skinny cow ice cream when I get home from work.
