  • Have you been adding lots of fiber in with your new diet? Sometimes that will do it to me.
  • We generally eat around 8pm unless I have class. Then I try to get to bed by 10-10:30 but it generally ends up 11pm

  • I am a Bander(LapBand) and it is physically IMPOSSIBLE to consume 1200 calories a day (sorry MFP), but I do need to beef up my protein intake (pun intended).
