I'm 6 foot with 33inch inside leg. Went for what I would call a fast walk yesterday. Ok some was uphill, but averaged 3.8mph.

I'm still here. Missed a few days last week due to business travel but it was rest week. Week 9 shoulders & arms & ARX tonight :)

D1W7 Chest, shoulders & triceps ARX done. Really felt it in the shoulders today but the push ups are getting lower and more of them. Not too sure I'm looking forward to recovery week. I think I lost a bit of momentum during week 4. Anyway, might feel different at the end of week 7 :)

I'm on week 6 and have to say I still don't likeYoga. I have to confess I haven't completed one fully yet through boredom. I prefer to stop and do an extra ARX. Tonight is Yoga for me, so I'm gonna do the whole thing... promise!

Interesting topic, but does anybody know what the impact is doing to your hips & knees in the long term. I've worked in the past with guys who played fairly high level soccer when they were younger. They were almost crippled in their mid to late 50's.

Simon, from the land of Wigan Warriors, the greatest ever League team. Played league as a junior and No.8 in Union at University in Nottingham, then league again. Supporting England in the 6 Nations and should be going to a couple of the games :)

Started week 5 today. The rest week was really bugging me as I wanted to do more. Ended up with extra Kenpo & Plyo. Bring it!!

It won't last long honest if you stick to a regular schedule. Try a protein shake at the end.
