Tonight I made my version of 'fried rice'. Made some 'instant' brown rice, scrambled one egg and cut it up, stir fried some onions, peppers, carrots and frozen broccoli in a tablespoon of olive oil, threw it all together along with some soy sauce...it was yummy and an enormous amount of food for not that many calories.…

I like it adding exercise calories , plus I like the comment after you finish your day stating...if every day is like this you will weight xxxx in 5 weeks...greatly motivating :)

August 23 - 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk...not sure how many miles I have logged...probably not going to make my goal, but will try to get 'er done :)

I try not to drink any of my calories as I like eating way too much. It also gives me a headache...must dilate my brain blood vessels or something...also, drinking out is expensive... Did used to really enjoy a good cold beer, but the headache isn't worth it.

4 miles today. Have been on vacation for a week and half and though did get good exercise but no Leslie walking. I'm really going to have to get on it to make my goal!

I am new to My Fitness Pal and love Leslie's walks. It seems to be the one thing that I can really stick with, so put me down for 50. We will be in Colorado for a week...hoping I can do some miles while we are there. Put me down for 50. Should be fun!
