Great post! Well... I'm so thankful to all of my MFP friends but Sknopps is the one that introduced me to this site and I really feel like she saved my life. At a starting weight of 335 pounds, things weren't looking good for me. She has been my number 1 inspiration and I am so very proud of her & thankful to her for…

Hi everyone, I'm Cassy! I'm new to the group as of today since someone dropped out so I figured I'd introduce myself as well if that's ok :-) I am a 30 year old wife & mom to 3 kiddos. My husband's name is Vic (chewy7410) & he's been doing this journey with me which is fantastic. He doesn't have nearly as much weight to…

Don't beat yourself up. I've been re-doing week one for almost a month now and I have made improvements. At first I was just trying to run as long as I could but then I was so done by the last two runs, I could barely make it back home. haha My SW was 335 so I'm a lot heavier than you are and too have the big chest…

Welcome! What part of Missouri are you in? I actually live just across the river from downtown ;-) I have over 100 pounds to lose too. You can do it! I've found a lot of support here! Feel free to friend me if you like. Best of luck to you, Cindy!

Welcome. You're here. That's the first step! I'm pretty new to this site as well but have found a ton of support. I log everything I eat, even if it isn't the best. That way I can see exactly what I'm putting in my body. YOu don't realize how many calories things have until you log it all! lol Also, I log all of my…

Definitely the little black dress! Even if everyone else is wearing black, they're not gonna look anything like you do! hehe You look smokin' in it! The floral dress screams "sexy mom", which isn't a bad thing at all but the black screams "sexy. period." hehe

Welcome!! I'm fairly new as well but I've found a lot of really wonderful & supportive people :-)

I'm no help. I've been using duct tape because we're broke. lol But I did buy a waist thingy that people use to sweat during workouts and I'm going to give that a try over my bust-while running rather than use the duct tape. Hoping I'll lose some of my boobs once I drop more weight (currently in an I or a J).

Awesome!!! I can't wait to get to that point. Seems like so far away, but I'm feeling very motivated and encouraged & this site has been wonderful for me!! Oh & you're still considered obese now???? You look awesome. If that's what obese looks like, count me in ;-) lol

lol No, not really Sandie (I don't like nuts either). It's sweeter for sure than skim milk, and has lower calories. I have a really quick & delicious recipe for making your own ice cream using the almond milk and it's only lik 40 cals ;-)

Thank you all for taking the time to respond and for your support. I really don't want to "quit" c25k but at the same time I don't want to hurt myself and then be unable to get any burn in. So I think I'm going to walk briskly a couple miles every other day (and eventually everyday) until October (and be down hopefully 50…

Thank you to everyone who replied (and was polite to me anyway). I've decided against them. I'm just going to stick with the hard work I've been doing. Thank you all though!! :-)

My favorite exercise.... hmmm..... Me & exercise are not friends right now so I must say none of them! lol But I'm doing c25k (and I feel like it's killing me), and a lot of walking. At over 300 pounds (and the biggest person in the group. sniff, sniff), I'm pushing myself as hard as I can right now, but I know it will get…

I wasn't planning on only eating the 500 calories a day as that diet goes. I'm going to stick with what I was doing, but considered adding the drops along with my regular routine. Just wanted to hear from others who have maybe tried it. On a side not. I didn't realize there was a "search" function on here. Lesson learned…
