I heard on a nutrition program that a typical serving of alcohol in any form will be treated by your body as 40 grams of sugar. That's enough to make me think twice!

Those are great ideas, especially looking online at the nutritional facts before I go. I'm already here so I didn't think of packing a cooler. No refrigerator in the room. I did find a little market that sells yogurt and fresh fruit for breakfast. Great ideas! Thanks :smile:

Help! I'm on the road for a week and I'm finding it very difficult to find healthy food. :ohwell: Any of you seasoned travelers care to share some tips on how to eat healthy when you're on the road for business? On a good note, there is a fantastic gym connected to the hotel I can use so all is not lost. :smile:

A friend put me on to this site. I've already lost over 20 lbs, but I have LOTS more to lose. I need the inspiration of others to keep my exercise routine going and to be conscious of my eating. I love what I've seen so far in the forums and posts. I can see this is a great community. :flowerforyou:
