  • Oh, I may have finally found the answer I've been searching for...for the last several months.   • Ok, this might explain why I haven't been able to get this to sync but....how ridiculous. I have to have an IOS or Android device to be able to use my Windows devices?! I've spent months trying to figure out why this wouldn't work, I guess I will have to email support. Microsoft fail.
  • Mine won't sync either. I've had the band for months and it has randomly sync'd twice. Other than those two times it has never worked. I've checked and re-checked all of my settings and I can't get them to sync.
