To be truthful I had never heard of this diet before I came on here but on my doctor's advise due to severe allergies I was told to eat only natural foods which I have been doing for the last two weeks. I find the Harcombe Diet book a good read, as with the Harcombe diet recipe book,lots of low carb meals in them.

I'm having fish, spinach, leeks and broccoli sprinkled with hot chilli powder with a tablespoon of olive oil cooked in tin foil in the oven.

I use to weigh in every morning but 2 weeks ago I lost 3lb one day and put 4lb on the following day so not weighing in until the end of Sept when I will also measure for inch loss.

I have stopped weighing myself, well for a week now as my weight was so up and down and left me feeling very down in the dumps after eating healthy and exercising so from now on i'm trying my hardest to stay of them whilst continuing on my weight loss/ get fit journey xx

I to burn off around 600 calories in the gym most days but don't always eat them back, i eat well throughout the day but knowing the extra calories are there if I want them so if I get peckish I eat a healthy snack.

I am really trying to ban everything I'm allergic to so trying to keep away from dairy, wheat and food colourings.

My favourite has to be Pak Choi, Spinach and leeks all thrown into the wok with roughly 1 teaspoon of chopped fresh ginger, about 1 teaspoon of chinese 5 spice powder and half a pint of veg stock. Sometimes I add rice noodles.

We haven't one near us but I do go to our local one in Chapel-en-le-Frith , machines are good, staff very friendly and a big bonus for me is that it doesn't cost me a penny as my other half has put me on his membership :happy:

Everyone is different so i would say go at your own pace, I am currently running 4 times a week and working out at the Gym 3 times a week.

Hi. I have the Fitbit One and love it, I also need to lose weight although I don't weigh myself. I do a lot of walking just by doing the school run up to 3 times a Day and love to get out on a hike at weekends. I have sent you a friends request.
