It's suprising what a change in our eating habits can do to our bodies. I set the Treadmill to Hill Plus, Level 12 at speed 5.5 for 40 minutes and burn off 350 Calories If your not sure ask a member of staff for advise..

I have a Medicarn Power Plate purchased from Amazon. 10 minutes a day is equivelent to a 1 hour workout at the Gym!!

I know a few people at my local gym and met them by just saying "Hi" but to be honest I work out better listening to Greenday on my i pod ( 600 calories burnt in 60 Mins )

I think we have all been there at some time in our lifes!! Write down everything you eat /drink then take a good look at what you have consumed...Calories, fat etc, it worked for me. Now if I feel the urge I shuff a Rice cake in my mouth :))). You could also try something high in protein. I find drinking 2 litres of water…

I was thinking about surgery last year when I heard about Cambridge Weight Plan, lost 4 stone in 13 weeks and never felt better. I have put just over a stone back on but I am now exercising ( walking and gym sessions ) and healthy eating so I know it will come again. Good luck with your decision. x
