First full day back on track. Need to improve my water intake but it’s hard when it’s so cold (it’s now winter in Australia!). Still having something to work on isn’t a bad thing.

Yep. If I could eat 'regular' food without the need to overindulge, I probably wouldn't need to be here in the first place! The food I did eat left me feeling ill most of the time.
