I have gotten active minutes before, without trying, but maybe only 10 if I've been moving things up and down stairs, for example. @HASWLRS I just found your question from March. Today I got up and did my measurements - something I haven't tracked since the 14th January. I've lost 8.5cm off my chest, 8.5cm off my waist and 6cm off my hips. Very happy with those results :smiley:

I'm Back and I'M MARRIED!!!! I had a lovely day. I did not do anything related to MFP. I ate , drank and was merry. Sunday I'll get back on the 'wagon' so to speak and carry on my regular way. I'm only getting married once and wasn't going to worry about anythng other than that :)
