Hi, I'm 37 and living in WA. I am working on losing approx. 35kg doing low carb. So far it's working well. I also walk daily and have just started working with weights. So far I'm down 6kg since the 1st of January. I'm online everyday and log all my food. Happy to motivate others and have friends in the same time zone…

Hi everyone. I'm new to this. I don't have a 'mile' goal, but I do have the goal of walking everyday for 20 minutes. I have the Walk off fat fast DVD and am starting off with the 20 minute easy burn. I'll work my way up to the big burn :)
-
Goals for today are to continue to eat and track well within my calorie limits Work out twice (AM and PM) only an hour in total Drink my water. So far so good...
-
I've done both of those DVDs JeriAnne. They can be killer. You will love BR!
-
Stayed within my calorie goal. Worked out morning and night, but it was harder last night as I feel like my knee isn't enjoying the process. Got a good nights sleep. Was only up 3 times to the baby instead of the usual 13!

Started Body Revolution yesterday, so am on day 2 of the kick start programme. On one hand I feel amazeballs, but on the other I am so wiped out by it all. Looking forward to continuing on and seeing results.

Thats great. Means I can log in after work and add to the current page without feeling like I am too far ahead
