Alot of times because you are strength training you will see a steady wieght because you are gaining muscle mass. I would make sure to switch up your cardio, do not always go for 1/2 intense segments. Try alternating your work out with 45 min-1hr of moderate cardio activity ( body likes this one!). I did that too last night, its so easy when you get a really good wine. You start to drink and it goes down so good! Just be glad you did not get the wine munchies
