I was just asking myself the same question. There are so many diets/programs out there that swear to work. I get stressed out when I try to follow anything outside of just counting calories. I'm interested to hear what people think.

I feel like it's something I have to learn to conquer. I'm not one to follow diets with their restrictions (outside of calorie counting). I will sometimes drink coffee. I know they say once a week, but I have a hard time not weighing more often. The only thing is that I get depressed to see the number go up, even knowing that it is normal for my weight to fluctuate. I think as long as it's not discouraging you can weigh yourself as much as you want. :)
