Come on you guys, 10 chocolate bars and 20 apples were obviously extreme examples just meant to show that too much sugar both in "natural" and "unnatural" forms can be harmful.

No offense, but this isn't very good advice. Most people consume way too much sugar. If the sugar comes from 10 chocolate bars or 20 apples it is still excessive. You may not have a medical reason to worry about it now but if you continue to eat it in excess you will develop one.

It is just air/gas in the joints that cause the cracking and popping. Make sure you are doing joint mobility to warm up prior to exercise and you should be okay.

First off, you are looking great! I can definitely see major improvements. From what I can tell in your diary, I’d say you are eating too much sodium which is coming from all of the processed foods. Try and keep your meals a little more natural i.e. less sauces and packaged foods. Keep up the good work!

I work at a university and all employees have access to the gym. I go every day during my lunch break unless I'm sick or something. The facility isn't the greatest but definitely better than nothing. I have had 1 child delivered via c-section. I always remember people saying you could never have a nice stomach if you've had a c-section (or any abdominal surgery). It isn't perfect but better than I figured I would have. You can do it!

I see it very rarely at the one gym I go to. The other one I go to is a university gym and they have signs up that say NO BOOBS NO BUMS NO BELLIES. I'm not sure if this is because of a university wide policy or what.
