As far as the not eating after 10 or 11 - I brush, floss, and use mouthwash by 10!!! LOL!!! I'm serious!! I stopped eating all processed foods two weeks ago. So no sugar for me. I didn't know that 60 minutes had a show about that...I will have to check it out. I don't plan on being sugar free forever, but I CERTAINLY am going to kick my affinity for sugar in the booty!!!! Thanks for the info!!!

Totally notice!!!! She also comes out of her deep squat hold on level 2 when Jillian isn't looking! It makes me laugh every time!! It helps to know that I am not the only one suffering during this workout!!!!! Natalie is in ridiculous shape though!!!! You can't have that body if you are a true slacker!!!!!!

It's so true!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the tie-died stripe one, but those (adorable) ties on the bottoms draw your eyes right to them. Not saying you shouldn't go for that one (because I would totally rock it if I could), just know that it draws attention there. You look AMAZING by the way!!!!!
