Vodka and any grains.I grew up in an italian household so pastas and breads were a main part of my diet. I can't seem to cut those out though because I dont eat much else. I am a VERY picky eater

Net calories is the amount of calories you ate minus the calories you exercised. For example, If you were to eat 1456 calories and burn off 200 calories running, your net calories would be 1256

My breakfast is usually around 200-400 calories depending on the day. But, as of late it has happened to be high in fat which i am trying to eliminate.
